That is not 24/7 customer support at all. Also, when I see a 24/7 live customer support chat advertising on the site and I click on it, I don't and should not expect a bot, which refers me to to the ticket centre again. I do understand they need some time to process a ticket, but with the buyers protection I bought and the proof I provided I don't think it should take this long. Made a ticket hours ago, but still haven't got an answer. On the Kinguin website they refer you to a microsoft chat, but that is just a bot, which when you choose the subject 'windows activation' refers you to the phone number again. )īought a Windows 10 Pro key this afternoon, only to find out the key was 'already in use on another machine' when I tried to active it.
